Family  Visitation

This program supervises visitation between children and non-custodial parents, and facilitates custody exchanges between parents who are not together, so that children can safely spend time with both parent while avoiding overt conflict, maintaining positive relationships with the significant adults in their lives and reducing feelings of abandonment. We have offices in Green River and Rock Springs. 

The  Family  Independence  Program

This program provides temporary and limited financial assistance with deposit, rent, utilities, gas, food, prescriptions, in order to help families whom are currently homeless or on the verge of homelessness or  have inadequate housing situations while taking steps to improve their independence.

ERAP

NEED RENTAL ASSISTANCE?

The ERAP pays landlords and broadband and utility companies on behalf of Wyoming renters who are unable to pay rent, internet and/or utility payments due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • AMOUNT: $180 million available for payment assistance and housing stability services
  • APPLICATIONS: Applications are now open.
  • ELIGIBILITY: The program is open to Wyoming households that meet income eligibility requirements and are struggling to pay rent, internet and/or utility payments because of the COVID-19 pandemic. See below for eligibility requirements.
  • WHAT IT COVERS: Eligible households can obtain assistance for unpaid current and future rent, internet and/or utility payments. Unpaid bills must be for services on or after March 13, 2020.
